The three main spaces of 1901 Arts Club offer a variety of options for meetings, seminars, away-days, training sessions or small conferences.

The Salon/Concert room (10m x 3.5m) can seat up to 45 people theatre-style and features a digital projector and screen for presentations and audio visual enhancements.  The seating plan is versatile and can incorporate tables if required.

The Meeting room (4.5m x 3.5m) comfortably accommodates 8 people in a stately boardroom atmosphere.  Wi-Fi access and a telephone connection are available.

The Lounge & Bar (8.5m x 4.5m) offers a more relaxed seating alternative for away-days, smaller brainstorming or discussion groups within the one room.

1901 Arts Club has two flipcharts available for meeting bookings.  Please mention your requirements when booking.

For meeting bookings the rates are as follows:

Salon/Concert Room £75/hour

Meeting Room Mon-Fri (9am to 5pm): £20/hour.  Weekday evenings and weekends: £30/hour.

Bar and Lounge £50/hour

Prices are subject to VAT.  A minimum of 4 hours applies to weekend bookings.  Discounts are available for charities and young/emerging artists.  Please confirm rates at time of booking.

We offer delegate refreshments of tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits at a very competitive rate of £2.50 + VAT per person per 3 hour session.  And if you want more - we have devised a selection of scrumptious catering options with our preferred caterer to complement your meeting and keep your delegates energised throughout the event.
