​Inspired by Europe's Salon culture and housed in a converted schoolmaster's residence, 1901 Arts Club boasts elegant facilities for chamber music performances, rehearsals, corporate and private meetings and entertainment within licensed premises.

Our former schoolmaster's house offers an intimate concert salon with a Steinway grand piano, a bar and lounge area with a late licence and a meeting room.  All tastefully decorated in the style of a European Salon.  You can hire 1901 Arts Club for a multitude of purposes:

1901 Arts Club's variety of rooms offers space for boardroom style meetings, less formal away-days, and mini conferences. Refreshments and other catering

Rehearsal space for soloists or small ensembles, and perfect venue for auditions.  Featuring a model C Steinway grand piano. Competitive rates and package deals available.

The beautiful backdrop of 1901 Arts Club's rooms requires little dressing for artist portraits, promotional videos and web content, or interviews for television.

Live streaming
The gold curtains, parquet flooring and wood panelling make a perfect backdrop for your performance to shine to an online audience.  Wi-Fi or cabled internet connection are also at your disposal.
