Location

1901 Arts Club is centrally located at 7 Exton Street, Waterloo, London SE1 8UE, just a few minutes' walk from Waterloo mainline station.  Using the BFI IMAX roundabout and St John's Church that faces it as strong Waterloo landmarks, Exton Street is the small street that runs beside the church yard.  1901 Arts Club is close to the theatres, performance spaces and restaurants of the South Bank and The Cut/Lower Marsh and also within walking distance of the Thames Riverside Walk, the London Eye and Tate Modern.

Parking:
A car parking station is available in Cornwall Road and at the National Theatre on Belvedere Road.  Limited meter parking is available in the surrounding streets.  Unfortunately there is no on-site parking at 1901 Arts Club.

Congestion Zone:
1901 Arts Club is situated within the Congestion Charge Zone.  The Congestion Charge changed in July 2020 and now applies 7 days per week between 7am and 10pm.  For further details on the London Congestion Charge please visit Transport for London.
Tube:
Waterloo Station
(Jubilee Line, Northern Line, Bakerloo Line, Waterloo & City Line)

Mainline Rail:
Waterloo Station and Waterloo East

Buses:

Building accessibility:
We regret that 1901 Arts Club is not a fully accessible building.  There are two steps up from pavement level to our ground floor Salon (where performances take place), but access to upper floors (bar/lounge, meeting room and terrace) is by stairs only.  There is a unisex toilet on the ground floor level with sturdy handrail and raised toilet basin, but the cubicle is not large enough for a wheelchair.
